Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors using superconducting and photonic technologies
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Develop error correction models achieving 99.99% qubit stability
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for drug discovery and materials science
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum circuit design or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with Q#, Qiskit, or quantum assembly languages
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Track record of translating theoretical models into scalable prototypes
