Responsibilities
- Complete intensive paid training in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity fundamentals, and network administration
- Deploy and manage enterprise systems under senior guidance during onboarding phase
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects including infrastructure upgrades and security audits
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal teams and external clients
- Document technical procedures and contribute to knowledge base development
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on automation and monitoring solutions
- Maintain compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
