Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI architectures leveraging QML and neuromorphic computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum hardware systems
- Develop hybrid algorithms bridging quantum supremacy and classical ML paradigms
- Implement error-correction protocols for million-qubit-scale quantum processors
- Drive innovation in quantum neural networks for real-time data processing
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum-AI methodologies
- Present findings at global quantum computing summits (IEEE, ACM)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-computing applications
- Mastery of quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration and control systems
- Advanced proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum libraries (Q#)
- Demonstrated ability to lead $10M+ R&D projects with Fortune 500 partners
