Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise AI applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and machine learning engineers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-time data processing in dynamic environments
- Design security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on classified quantum simulation projects
- Pioneering research in quantum machine learning and quantum supremacy applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or AI systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
