Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy quantum solutions in production environments
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Translate theoretical quantum models into scalable, high-performance implementations
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum hardware developments and adapt architectures accordingly
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proven track record of publishing research in quantum computing or AI
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
