Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era computational paradigms
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent novel quantum-AI methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-AI co-design architectures
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing best practices
- Present findings at premier conferences (Q2B, IEEE Quantum Week)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years of experience with quantum circuit optimization or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on quantum-AI topics
- Expertise in high-performance computing environments and GPU acceleration
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
