Responsibilities
- Design quantum machine learning models for 2026-era optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals
- Develop patentable quantum encryption protocols for next-gen security
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum-computing bootcamps
- Collaborate with DARPA and NASA on quantum-space research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (2020+ graduates preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with IBM Q or Google Quantum AI
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
