Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural network architectures
- Lead experimental validation on quantum annealing and gate-based systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Author peer-reviewed publications and contribute to open-source frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's)
- Proficiency in Python with quantum libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
