Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for NLP optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Create AI models that leverage quantum superposition for exponential speedups
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical interfaces
- Lead cross-functional projects with neuroscientists and materials engineers
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics/Science journals
- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NASA grant funding
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI conferences
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in C++/Python with PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped ions
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
