Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Contribute to peer-reviewed publications in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit designs for AI workloads
- Drive patent development for novel quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing environments
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical AI solutions
