Role Overview:
We are looking for a leader who doesn't just adapt to change but drives it. As the Strategic AI Lead, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends in generative AI, quantum computing, and autonomous systems, integrating them into our core product roadmap. You will act as the primary architect for our long-term vision, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive strategic vision for Project 2026, aligning technology with business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technology trends (e.g., LLMs, Agentic AI) to forecast future requirements.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable AI systems capable of handling massive data loads.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic roadmaps.
- Drive innovation by fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year strategic initiatives from conception to launch.
- Deep technical understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Neural Networks.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the enterprise software or fintech sector is highly preferred.
