Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning with business objectives.
- Architect high-availability, cloud-native systems using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Mentor and lead a team of senior engineers and developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure architectural standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex system bottlenecks.
- Ensure security best practices are integrated into the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems.
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
