Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for Project 2026, overseeing the transition from legacy systems to next-gen AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive algorithms into real-world energy grids.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI development and data governance.
- Conduct high-level research to identify emerging technologies that could disrupt the industry.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for high-stakes R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
