Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards
- Train and supervise production teams while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma/Lean methodologies
- Manage inventory control and optimize production scheduling
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Prepare production reports and analyze KPIs
- Coordinate maintenance schedules for equipment
- Ensure adherence to ISO quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years manufacturing supervision experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
