Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently run assigned production equipment and assembly lines according to standard operating procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality control checks on all products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Packaging & Labeling: Properly package finished goods and apply accurate labels for shipment and inventory tracking.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, wearing required PPE and reporting potential hazards immediately.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing raw materials and workstations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. No degree required.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or assembly is preferred but on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and interpret basic instructions and diagrams.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
