Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure quality standards are met
- Train and lead cross-functional teams of 15+ manufacturing associates
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics
- Enforce OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering on process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing/supervisory experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
