Responsibilities
- <ul><li><strong>Architectural Leadership:</strong> Design and implement scalable, distributed AI systems capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.</li><li><strong>Model Optimization:</strong> Lead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal agents.</li><li><strong>Technical Strategy:</strong> Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, focusing on security, latency, and cost efficiency.</li><li><strong>Mentorship:</strong> Guide senior engineers and data scientists in best practices for MLOps and model fine-tuning.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and AI.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes) is required.</li><li><strong>Domain Knowledge:</strong> Strong understanding of NLP, Transformer architectures, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).</li><li><strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced startup environment.</li></ul>
