Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable agentic workflows capable of autonomous task execution and self-correction.
- Design robust evaluation frameworks and safety protocols to ensure model reliability for 2026 deployment.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for low-latency inference and cost-efficiency in high-volume environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI agents seamlessly into core product ecosystems.
- Define best practices for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and long-term memory management.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and experience building production-grade ML pipelines.
- Proven track record of working with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
