Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Architect and lead the development of the company's AI vision and the technical 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant, and scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling high-velocity data.
- Innovation Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (Generative AI, LLMs) into the product suite.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business leaders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical blueprints.
- Code Quality: Enforce best practices in code review, architecture patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Architecture: Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
