Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-wide AI and machine learning platforms.
- Define and drive the technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge neural networks and generative AI models into production environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high standards of excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
