- Lead Technical Research: Collaborate with PhD researchers to integrate cutting-edge breakthroughs (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) into practical applications.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentoring senior engineers and defining technical best practices across the organization.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety protocols and ethical guardrails to ensure AI alignment and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Research Background: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping complex AI products to market.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and bridge the gap between academic research and industrial application.
