Responsibilities
- Architect Strategic AI Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of high-level AI architectures, focusing on LLMs, multi-agent systems, and neural-symbolic integration.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives and long-term innovation goals.
- Optimize Performance: Drive the optimization of large-scale models for inference speed, memory efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in cloud environments.
- Ensure Scalability & Security: Build systems that can handle billions of requests while maintaining rigorous data privacy and security standards.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring senior engineers and conducting technical workshops on emerging AI paradigms.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX; experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to identify and implement cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI) before they become industry standards.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
- Communication: Superior ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
