Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for Texas-based employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (CO/TX focus)
- Manage employee time-off requests and benefit deductions accurately
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries within 24hrs
- Generate payroll reports for finance and executive teams
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll setup
- Implement process improvements for weekly pay efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or QuickBooks Payroll certification
- Strong understanding of CO and TX labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Exceptional attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR-related field
