Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll disbursements with 99.9% accuracy and timeliness
- Manage client onboarding for daily pay services across diverse industries
- Resolve payment discrepancies and escalate complex issues within SLA timelines
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to integrate daily pay workflows
- Generate weekly/monthly performance analytics for continuous improvement
- Maintain strict compliance with federal and Arizona payroll regulations
- Train new team members on daily pay protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing or financial services experience
- Proficiency in ADP, Paychex, or comparable payroll platforms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial transactions
- Arizona payroll compliance certification (CPP preferred)
- Excellent verbal/written communication for client interactions
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions during peak cycles
- Experience with SaaS payment processing systems a plus
