Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, SEO-optimized websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix website performance issues, including page speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with content writers to implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, alt text, and structured data.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local listings for client campaigns.
- Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics) to track traffic, conversions, and keyword rankings.
- Ensure all web assets are cross-browser compatible and adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Assist in the maintenance of the company CMS and third-party integrations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in web development or a related digital marketing role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (jQuery is a plus).
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, link building, and on-page optimization.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic Google Ads.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting tight deadlines.
