Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and project milestones are met.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and external clients in a clear and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and HTML/CSS.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
