Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support via phone, email, and chat to end-users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
- Document all support tickets, resolutions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software installations.
- Collaborate with the IT department to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Basic understanding of network concepts and connectivity issues.
