In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense for our internal infrastructure and client support, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update computer systems, printers, and network peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
- Assist with software installations and perform routine system backups and updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal staff and external clients via phone and email.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and IT equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team on special projects and system improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT administration.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently within a part-time schedule.
