- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex technical problems and improve service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, empathetic, and professional communication.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology trends and company protocols.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of new user workstations and peripherals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer support or help desk role is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to new challenges.
