Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Provide timely and professional technical assistance via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Document all support tickets, resolutions, and user interactions in the CRM system.
- Configure and maintain desktop environments, including operating systems and essential software.
- Assist in the setup of new hardware and peripherals for incoming employees.
- Conduct basic user training on company policies and software usage.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in technical support or help desk environments.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and common office productivity software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) is a plus.
