Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Pittsburgh
- Provide expert guidance on visa processes, housing, and school enrollment
- Facilitate onboarding with local tech companies and startup incubators
- Develop personalized relocation plans leveraging Pittsburgh's tech resources
- Build partnerships with Pittsburgh-based tech employers and service providers
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years in tech recruitment or international relocation coordination
- Deep familiarity with US immigration processes (H1B, O1, etc.)
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network within Pittsburgh's tech ecosystem (CMU, Uber, Duolingo)
- Proficiency in relocation management software and CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
