Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Mesa, AZ
- Provide personalized relocation guidance and resource referrals (housing, schools, community integration)
- Partner with tech companies to align relocation packages with employee needs
- Utilize CRM systems to track relocation milestones and client satisfaction
- Develop customized relocation plans leveraging Mesa's tech ecosystem resources
- Conduct virtual/onboarding sessions for incoming tech talent
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and propose optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years in relocation coordination or tech talent acquisition
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Workday) and relocation software
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Deep knowledge of Mesa, AZ's tech sector and community resources
- Certification in relocation management (GMS, CRP) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
