Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Buffalo, NY
- Partner with local tech companies to understand hiring needs and placement opportunities
- Provide personalized housing tours and neighborhood guidance tailored to tech professionals
- Facilitate visa and immigration documentation support for international candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with Buffalo's tech incubators and startup community
- Create welcome packages with local tech resources, networking events, and community integration tools
- Track relocation metrics and continuously optimize candidate satisfaction processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, relocation coordination, or HR support
- Deep familiarity with Buffalo's tech ecosystem, job market, and community resources
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity for international candidates
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveSMART) and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Certification in Global Mobility or Relocation (e.g., GMS, CRP) preferred
