- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for tech professionals relocating to Arlington, TX
- Research and vet housing options near major tech employers (e.g., Lockheed Martin, American Airlines)
- Guide candidates through visa processes, school districts, and community integration
- Collaborate with HR departments to align relocation timelines with onboarding schedules
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements with precision
- Develop customized relocation toolkits for diverse tech industry needs
- Track relocation success metrics and continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination, HR tech, or talent acquisition
- Deep knowledge of Arlington's tech sector, housing market, and amenities
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in cross-cultural transitions
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, Worldwide ERC)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
