We're seeking a tech-savvy professional who understands the unique challenges of relocating to the US, particularly for international candidates. You'll work closely with HR teams and candidates to ensure seamless integration into St. Louis's thriving tech community.
Responsibilities
- Guide tech professionals through the US relocation process, including visa applications, housing searches, and school enrollment
- Coordinate with local tech companies to facilitate smooth onboarding for relocated employees
- Develop and maintain relocation resource packages tailored to tech professionals' needs
- Act as a cultural liaison between international candidates and St. Louis's tech community
- Track relocation metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement of relocation programs
- Organize monthly welcome events for newly relocated tech professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years experience in tech recruitment or HR with relocation focus
- Deep understanding of US immigration processes (H1B, O1, L1 visas)
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, Santa Fe)
- Strong network within St. Louis's tech and business communities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
