- Maintain comprehensive relocation resource databases for San Diego's tech hubs
- Collaborate with local tech employers to streamline hiring processes
- Conduct virtual consultations and in-person neighborhood tours
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years in tech recruitment or relocation coordination
- Deep knowledge of San Diego's tech ecosystem and neighborhoods
- Experience with CRM systems and relocation management software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Familiarity with visa sponsorship processes for tech professionals
- Certification in relocation management (CRP/GRS preferred)
- Proficiency in Spanish (highly desirable for diverse client base)
