Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for international tech professionals (H1B, L1, O1 visas)
- Coordinate housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration support
- Collaborate with immigration attorneys and corporate HR partners
- Develop personalized relocation plans including logistics and cultural assimilation
- Track relocation metrics and maintain client satisfaction databases
- Conduct virtual onboarding sessions for relocated employees and families
- Stay updated on U.S. immigration policies and relocation best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination, HR, or tech industry support roles
- Deep knowledge of U.S. visa processes (H1B, L1, O1, TN)
- Exceptional communication and cross-cultural sensitivity skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and relocation software
- Experience coordinating international logistics and housing transitions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish or Mandarin language skills highly desirable
- Valid U.S. work authorization and clean background check
