Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Sacramento, including housing, schools, and community integration
- Partner with tech companies to design customized relocation packages for incoming engineers and developers
- Conduct virtual and in-person orientation sessions covering Sacramento's tech ecosystem, neighborhoods, and lifestyle
- Manage relocation documentation, visa processing, and expense reimbursements with precision
- Build relationships with Sacramento's tech incubators, coworking spaces, and industry associations
- Track relocation metrics and provide monthly performance reports to stakeholders
- Develop innovative relocation resources tailored to Sacramento's unique tech culture
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation management or tech industry support with proven client success
- Deep knowledge of Sacramento's tech landscape, neighborhoods, and relocation resources
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse tech professionals
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global) and CRM platforms
- Certification in Relocation (PRC, GMSR) or Human Resources preferred
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation for local meetings
- Experience working with international relocation documentation and visa processes
