- Manage community engagement and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with monthly performance reports for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with SEO team to integrate keyword strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proficiency with Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling tools
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs
- Excellent written communication and visual storytelling skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign execution
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
