Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for our company website and job listings.
- Content Optimization: Write and optimize high-quality HTML content, blog posts, and job descriptions to target specific candidate personas and rank for high-volume search terms.
- Recruitment Marketing: Assist in sourcing candidates by optimizing our job boards and LinkedIn profiles for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic, keyword performance, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and other SEO tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Technical Maintenance: Ensure website speed, mobile-friendliness, and site architecture meet SEO best practices and technical standards.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media calendars to drive traffic to our job listings and company pages, engaging with the community.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or technical recruiting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Writing Skills: Excellent command of the English language with a keen eye for detail in copywriting and technical documentation.
- Knowledge: Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and how they impact SEO performance.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical teams and external candidates.
