Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Identify bottlenecks in existing codebases and implement performance optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure application security and data integrity across all deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work setting.
