Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern front-end frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers within the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Experience with version control systems, specifically Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
