Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing product displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms at all times.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
