Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Assist with visual merchandising, including restocking displays and maintaining store presentation standards
- Contribute to inventory management through stock counts and replenishment processes
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Support loss prevention by adhering to security protocols and store policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
