Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages or overages.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and customer service goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with cash registers and POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
