- Resolve Inquiries: Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone to address questions and resolve technical issues.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and account-related problems for our clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to our product or service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using web browsers, email platforms, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Availability: Ability to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 15-20 hours per week) with consistent availability during business hours.
- Location: Must reside in Tucson, AZ or surrounding areas.
