Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems related to our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Assist in the development of FAQs and support documentation to improve customer self-service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Must reside in the San Antonio, TX area.
