Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Provide after-sales support and guidance to ensure customer retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (remote experience a plus).
