Responsibilities
- Manage daily communications with clients via email, phone, and live chat to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct product training sessions for new users to maximize platform adoption.
- Monitor customer feedback and report trends to the product management team.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex service tickets efficiently.
- Update client accounts in CRM systems with accurate and timely data.
- Assist in the development of FAQ documentation and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic understanding of CRM software is a plus.
