Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of local and long-distance relocations for residential clients.
- Conduct home visits to assess moving requirements and provide detailed estimates.
- Prepare and review inventory lists of household goods to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with third-party moving companies to schedule services and track progress.
- Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork, including leases and utility transfers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the moving process.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and service documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or real estate is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs) for site inspections.
